OctoberFit

Fall is in the air and with the changing seasons come a change in fitness goals!

The Fitness Center is launching OctoberFit next month.
The idea is to change your fitness routine by trying other group fitness classes to stave off plateauing and at the same time learning new routines and working other muscle areas that may have been staying dormant during the summer!

How to participate:

Members:
  • Grab a punch card from the front desk or from any of your group fitness instructors.
  • Take any and all group fitness classes on the schedule* (including pool workouts) anytime during the month of October.
  • Once you've taken a class, have the instructor sign on the back of your punch card.
  • Once you've tried all classes, turn in your punch card to the front desk {and there may even be a prize☺}.
Non-Members:
  • Visit the club and ask for a punch card from the front desk or if you know any of our instructors, ask them for a punch card.
  • Take any and all group fitness classes on the schedule (including pool workouts) anytime during the month of October.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and these group fitness workouts will keep calories burning and help you feel better about the holiday season coming up.

** New Fall schedule is due to come out on the last week of September.
